Step 1: You view the Terms and Conditions and then book a one-night stay at a TRYP by Wyndham hotel in Antwerp, Belgium on the tryphotels.com website or call the toll-free number at +1 800 4683 2611.
Step 2: You find a better room rate through another website for the same hotel, same night, same room type, same number of guests and in the same currency.
Step 3: Send an email (email@example.com) to us with your booking details within 24 hours after booking your original reservation and 48 hours before your arrival at the TRYP by Wyndham property. Make sure you include in your email the following information:
Contact Details: First Name, Last Name, Contact telephone number, Email Address, Country
Reservation Details: Booking Reference, Hotel Name, Location, Check in date, Check out date, Room type, No. of guests, Board basis (e.g. with or without breakfast), Price
Alternative Quote Details: Site where found, URL, Price quoted
Step 4: Assuming our customer service agent confirms your TRYP by Wyndham booking and that the rate on the competing website is available and bookable at a lower rate than TRYP by Wyndham's best available rate, the customer service agent will modify your reservation to reflect the competing rate plus an additional 10% off. We will notify the hotel of the rate change on your confirmed reservation.
Step 5: Relax, knowing that you have booked the best rate available for your room.
"What are the requirements for claiming the Best Available Rate Guarantee?"
Booking must be made via the tryphotels.com website or through the TRYP by Wyndham toll-free number and the guest must have a TRYP by Wyndham reservation system confirmation number.
The competing rate on another website must be for the same hotel, for the same dates, for the same room type, for the same number of guests, in the same currency and must be publicly available for booking via the Internet.
The Customer Service department of TRYP by Wyndham must be contacted in the required manner within 24 hours of booking and 48 hours prior to arriving at the hotel by filling out the claim form.
TRYP by Wyndham must be able to verify the lower Internet rate for such date(s).

"What is the turnaround time for adjusting my rate?"
The customer service agent should e-mail within 24 business hours. If your request is sent outside of our normal business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

TRYP by Wyndham guarantees that our website and the TRYP by Wyndham toll free number will have the lowest rate publicly available to consumers on the Internet. If you find a rate lower than TRYP by Wyndham's Best Available Rate that is viewable and bookable on another website for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same currency and for the same dates, and advise TRYP by Wyndham within 24 hours after booking your room on our website or through our central reservation number, TRYP by Wyndham will match the lower rate found and give you an additional 10% off each night of the stay. If there is a rate available on our website or through our central reservation number that is the same or lower than the rate on the other website, the TRYP by Wyndham rate will be offered instead. Due to rounding and other issues, rates within 25 cents of our Best Available Rate will be considered a match and will not qualify for Best Rate Guarantee claims.
To file a claim, submit an e mail with your booking details. Only one valid claim can be submitted per person, per e-mail address, per calendar month. All reservations must be for personal use only and booked by the guest who will actually be staying at the hotel. Reservations booked by brokers or agents will not qualify. Best Rate Claims and any discounted rates issued under this program are not transferable.
Guarantee applies only to reservations made on our website or our central reservation number for TRYP by Wyndham hotels. Guest must have a TRYP by Wyndham reservation confirmation number.
Guest must submit the claim within 24 hours after booking the original TRYP by Wyndham reservation and at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival. If the original reservation was made within 48 hours of arrival, the Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable. The competing rate on another website must be for the same hotel, for the same dates, for the same room type, for the same number of guests, in the same currency and must be publicly viewable and bookable via the Internet. A viewable rate means that the general public can view the rate on the website. A bookable rate means that the rate is available and can be reserved online. Special rates available only to members of membership clubs or programs do not qualify.
TRYP by Wyndham customer service agents must be able to verify, to their satisfaction, that the claim meets all conditions of the Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted
TRYP by Wyndham reserves the right to reject a Best Rate Claim and/or to cancel any discounted rate previously issued by it in the event of fraud or abuse of this Program or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
For a multiple night stay, the total room cost for the stay will be evaluated in determining whether the other website has a lower rate.
Any rate change is not effective until the guest receives written confirmation. The standard claims processing time is 24 business hours (Central Standard). Claims submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. If a guest's stay begins before written confirmation is received, the original rate will remain in effect. TRYP by Wyndham recommends that the written confirmation of any rate change be presented by the guest at check-in.
The Guarantee applies only to published rates available to the general public. This excludes private rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program, require a coupon or promo code, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, corporate discount rates, group rates (5+ rooms), meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
The Guarantee does not apply to websites or rates where the TRYP by Wyndham brand and/or specific hotel and location are not known until the booking is made such as Priceline® or Hotwire®.
If the guest is a member of the Wyndham Rewards or MAS loyalty program, the number of Wyndham Rewards or MAS Points, airline miles of other currency to be awarded will be based on the rate actually paid by the guest at check-out.
For purposes of this Guarantee, the "rate" includes the room rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial or local) or any guest fees or charges (i.e. ? resort fees) which may be imposed by the hotel on the guest's stay.
The rates available under this Guarantee cannot be combined with any other special or promotional offers or discounts.
Void where prohibited by law. TRYP by Wyndham reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
